How ZoomInfo pushes the envelope for further growth While continuous improvement is a common management principle, ZoomInfo aspires to make better a focus each day instead of a singular transformational milestone. Schuck and team demonstrated a strong culture from the beginning by focusing on questions that identified risks to the business, instead of bolstering the company’s strengths. Henry Schuck, founder and CEO of ZoomInfo, often tells his management team that the worst explanation is “that’s the way it’s always been done.” Schuck, who initially founded DiscoverOrg out of his law school dorm room in 2007 and bootstrapped it until 2014, works closely with the ZoomInfo team to build a culture driven by learning and improvement. Backed by a strong database and security framework, ZoomInfo better positions B2B organizations to engage with the right customers and boost overall return-on-investment. ZoomInfo provides a real-time, user-friendly database enabling lead generation, marketing and sales analytics for more than 15,000 small- and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, it was the first technology IPO completed entirely virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic.
ZOOM INFO COMPANY SOFTWARE
By identifying complementary products and features, the acquisition provided ZoomInfo’s customers with a robust platform and extended value in a record-breaking six months.ĭue to the acquisition’s unique opportunity to propel the company forward, ZoomInfo completed its initial public offering in June 2020 and was the largest public debut by a software company in a decade. Recognizing a complementary advantage, DiscoverOrg seized an opportunity to acquire software company Zoom Information and changed the name of the combined business to ZoomInfo. In 2018, Carlyle completed a strategic minority investment in DiscoverOrg, a subscription sales and marketing intelligence solutions provider. However, it’s admirable when that organization seizes the opportunity to improve itself fundamentally through an acquisition that can better suit their target audience. When it comes to business growth, it’s often difficult for businesses to recognize when a competitor is stronger or more competitive. As always, ZoomInfo honors ALL requests for removal. How a Strategic Acquisition Championed Profitable Growth I am very happy we were able to amend this situation and remove your information.

Hi Jennifer, ZoomInfo honors all requests for removal of personally identifiable information. I have all emails as proof of this incident.

Good luck if you have troubles with this company, they just don't respond properly and respectfully, and are not sincere at all (even if they claim on their website they do). So never trust this company, they are misusing your info for whatever purpose, I don't know. The complaint will be sent to not respecting GDPR law Europe, because spreading false info online is never okay. Verasafe is the company they work with for GDPR Europe (the link on their website to the contact form does not work). But in this case, the account is not made by me or my company, so this is impossible. If you write emails to their email address privacyatzoominfodotcom to delete false info, they only reply with 'you can change your company info by the following link'. You can ask to delete the wrong information. In their policy, they claim to be very ethical toward GDPR/Privacy law. My company's information was misused with a clinic that is not the case and connected to my company's website and social media. Zoominfo is a company that doesn't respect GDPR policy
